I have been struggling for me than 9years at home affairs,I have been going to there office for nearly nine years,someone stole my identity and they are not able to fix it for me,I am a South_African citizen and know a foreigner is walking with my identification details,my I'd is currently blocked and I can do absolutely nothing..
