Identity iIssue failed after escalation for 5YEARS

After multiple escalations dept of home affairs has failed to resolve my identity theft issue from bottom to top management they have failed me for five years. Department of home affairs is pathetic and useless, no one in the whole department can explain why it's taken five years to resolve this issue. I have been going through intterviews and resubmitting documents to solve this issue but nothing. The managers and supervisors have all failed. I am totally disgusted with home affairs<br>
