IDENTITY DUPLICATION AND DEATH ISSUE

My name is Thabisile Sibiya from Durban , Kwa-Zulu Natal, ID Number ********** 298086, originally issued 22-02-1995. I have never lost my ID book. My ID was duplicated in 2000 when it was issued to a woman with my name, surname and ID number. Since then I have been trying to sort out the duplication with DHA with no success. The woman is now deceased and I am also registered as deceased. I am not able to do anything in my in my life. I am not even able to vote in the coming elections. My bank card is expiring this month and I am not even sure I will be issued with a new one since I am registered as deceased. I have sent several emails to Home Affairs but I am not receiving the assistance that I need.
