Identification card

I had went to the DHA on kempton Park to apply for a smart identification card in April 2023 In May 2023 I received a text message stating that I should collect it at Khayelitsha in CapeTown, I went to the kempton park DHA and notify them that I was based here,and they said it was an error and they will sort it out After a week I went in to check how far are they with correcting their error,I was given an email address to send an email to get the ID The mail got delivered but there was no response I went back again in June I was given contact to call MR Masondo whom they said was the manager and the number was incorrect Till to date December2023 DHA in kempton park had not done much to assist with getting the id from Khayelitsha,I am without an identity document
