ID THEFT

My niece identity was ****** at germiston home affairs in 2017. My elder niece took her sister to germiston hoping they will resolve the issue. Kgomotso Masekela is the official who was helping them. They provided her with necessary documents she asked for hoping the issue will be sorted out.

Kgomotso and my niece exchanged numbers for id progress. Yesterday I managed to chat with her through WhatsApp, she acted as if she knows nothing about the application but she's the one who gave my niece this ref no:*** and promised that the matter will be sorted out in 2-3 weeks it's been a month now.

Clearly Kgomotso knows nothing about "bathopele principle " I was expecting that she will say" let me check the ref no and I will get back to you" but no she quoted a bible verse to me when I told her I'm going to lodge a complain.

Kgomotso Masekela I cannot threaten her as I did not created her. Why cant these officials do their jobs instead they are destroying people's futures. My niece is a matric student id book is urgently needed.
