ID Smart Card online applications

I have done 4x online application and 2x bookings for ID Smart Cards, and want to make bookings to finalize the applications at a FNB branch. But no Home Affairs Consultant allocated at any FNB branch is getting back to me. This is frustrating, as payment has been done and apparently you only have 60 day to complete the process after online application and payment
