ID/Passport not able to deliver in1year 4months.

On 28 May 2014 we app**** for my son's first ID. My son has only one arm and that was the initial reason for not being able to processed his ID . Since then, we went to the George and Oudtshoorn offices more than 8 times, they tried to apply and reapply and reapply and reapply ext. They sms us every time to come back and reapply because the previous application was cancelled. On 28 November 2014 Mr Hennie Meyer from HA Cape Town confirmed the application and we were issued with a letter from him saying that his ID will not be processed and issued by 1 December 2014. We had to used that letter and a birth certificate to prove the ID of my son for exam purposes. We still are waiting for a respond from them. My son has difficulty to wright exams without a proper ID, he is now 17 years and 5 months old. He also wish to apply for his learners license and was not able to take a tour with his schoolmates in November last year to Namibie, because he still has not a passport.<br> We shall appriciate it if there's anybody out there, that can help us get his ID and Passport ? To go to the offices in Oudtshoorn is just a waist of our time and petrol. We live on a farm outside of Oudtshoor
