ID Error request stiil not changed 3 visits later

Last years September my whole family went to home affairs to have the family surname correctly spelt,as it was initialy spelt wrong atleast 60 years ago when my father first app**** for his ID,it was approved that we can have it spelt how it should be,everyone else in my family got the new cards with the correct spelling and mine came wrongly spelt,ihave been to Randburg HA 3 time now,filling the same documents,and on the system it does show the correct spelling we requested,but they have not officially corrected the misspelt surname.My full names and surname should be Matshipi Obedia Choeu,but it reflects as Matshipi Obedia Chouc,I have been to home affairs countless times and it comes back the same,its frustrating as I keep getting the assurance that it is only a typo error at Pretoria,and it will be eazy to be resolved,i have not even gotten an sms to show that there is any activity with my request
