ID documents incorrect after 9 application Attempts

<p>Hello Peter,</p> <p> </p> <p>Please urgently assist, my nephew who is in grade 12 may not write final exam due to the Dpt of Home affairs incompetence.</p> <p> </p> <p>We recently discovered that my nephews ID document was documented incorrectly by the Department. According to their records they have unknown people as his parents and his biological parents do not reflect at all. We went to various offices of the Dpt of Home Affairs trying to rectify this error and we still have no joy in this matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>We have made 9 applications and till this day no joy, the ID is still wrong, our last attempt was recently at the office in Isiphingo in Durban.</p> <p>We were told that on their system it shows that the application has been done 9 times and it has now been frozen, again we were not given a solution.</p> <p>The application has been frozen but we have never received any correspondence from the Department, stating why it has been frozen and no investigation has been done as to why the application was done 9 times.</p> <p> </p> <p>The child is very frustrated and can hardly concentrate on his studies as he is stressing that he might be preparing for an exam that he may not be able to write.</p> <p> </p> <p>Peter, I am pleading with you to please assist us in this matter as we exhausted all other options.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank</p> <p> </p>
