ID Document first time

My daughter apply for her first ID at Boksburg Branch. She was charge R160. The slip was R0.00. We went back to complain, the lady confirm its a mistake and said that if she lost her ID and re-apl**** she will not be bill again. So she said that the system does not do refunding.<br> <br> What if she never lose her ID. How will she be remember in 20 years if this happen. We asked her to give us a receipt so that we can have it on record in the system she refuse to do that.<br> <br> We are not happy, because this is *****.<br> <br>
