King William's Town How do any of the managers/supervisors/HOD's manage to take a salary every month when the work ethic at the Dept is non existent? getting an ID document is one of the most important documents a SA citizen can have but no, DHA is too inept to assist the youth with their applications. My son had to have an ID to write matric, it wasn't ready, my son needs an ID for employment opportunities, 'the system is offline'. After days of trying to reach the branch, by phone only to be told to stand in the queue, which could be anything from 1 day to 7 days, and more, where a rude security officer and manager will not even listen to your question/request. Please can someone answer me - "How can we collect our ID cards and be treated fairly????"
