Id card that i have been waiting for for the last 8 months

The home affairs branch in johannesburg CPD is a bunch of useless employees.My mom has been waiting for my brothers if for the past 8 months she keeps going to the branch for help they tell her there is nothing they can do they don't process the id cards they don't do no follow ups or make effort to assist her she has been waiting 8 months but still nothing when she requests to speak to a manager or supervisor there is never one on the premises to assist my mother with this problem the branch is **** service and useless she doesn't receive no help at all.
