My mother's id was blocked and she found out after her mothers death in 2014, her parents derails is available but they said she was born in Mozambique,they requested many things from her and she bringed everything that they've requested but still they can't help her, now they said they want proof of birth and we've called gimiston hospital be cause is where she was born but they said they don't have record fo 1970 and now im worried about my two younger brother because they can't have id without my mom's id
