ID application from Permanent Residence

Good Day Department of Home Affairs and Team,

The reason I am sending this review is to address a concerning matter RE my several ID applications over the course of over 10 years which have all yielded unsuccessful to a reason unknown to me.

- I relocated to South Africa in 1999 - My entire schooling career from Grade R to Undergraduate studies has been based in South Africa (I have supporting documents for this) - I had been granted Permanent Residence in 2007 from Market Street Home Affairs which then closed down before this process was completed - I have app**** for the South African ID countless times, however, my application is never seen through to the end successfully - My life has been greatly affected with regards to not having an ID - Can you please assist me resolve this issue please
