ID application

My is in prison struggling to get an ID, he had his first ID in 2012 the green barcoded ID book. Because of he was incarcerated we lost his ID and now he need his ID because there's nothing we can do as a family without his ID.

He started doing a new ID on 13 June 2023 the results came back saying his fingerprints prints they can't be detected by the machine and did it on three different occasions.

I am now seeking help, he was assisted by Mr. Siseko Nongambula from the Department of Home Affairs Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha)
