ID and Passport

<p>I went to Home Affairs to change my surname back to my ****en name, when I got my ID and passport (1 week later) it was still on my current surname so I re-app**** for a new ID and passport with my ****en name. I have phoned the toll free number, I have sent numerous emails, I have even been to the Home Affairs offices and still no progress. When I sms my ID number, it states that there is no applications pending, when I check online, it reflects that my applications are pending. It has now been almost two months with no feedback</p>
