i will be loosing 25K because of the home affairs

My fianc?s passport expires on the 1st of march on the 2nd of march we are suppose to fly to Thailand for our honey moon. We app**** at the same time at the centurion office for our passports. This was in middle November I received mine in the beginning of January, they still haven't delivered hers. If I don't get this passport by Friday I will have to forfeit 25K with cancellation fees, flight changes etc. I know the home affairs probably wont comment on this. I just wanted everyone else to know what the home affairs are capable of!
