I went to reg my baby and to find out of my son's unabridged birth certificate standing since 5 in the queue come to enquiring the lady tell me I have to wait till we go back to level 3 to enquire of the birth certificate then when I went to an other consultant he tells me yes I can do the certification and when I confronted the lady who said I must wait for different levels she got rude how many people don't they send home giving wrong info
