I want hello peter to help me to get that birth certificate ASAP.

Last year December I went to mamelodi home affairs to correct my son birth certificate they told I have to come n collect after 6 month,on the 20th of June 2017 I received a call from them they told me that I didn't pay for amendment I have to come to pay I told them that I paid last year December 2016. Around August 2017 I went there to check they told me that my certificate is not done cause I only paid R70 on the 20th of June. 2017 which is incorrect they called Mr Marumo which is the supervisor he took my papers I do copies and he said he will call me before end of business cause he was going to attend meeting he called the following day and I also spoke to Kgomotso Maselesa over the phone she told that I have to call her in the morning but I forgot to call her that morning on the 16th August 2017 I went there to collect my ID and also to check that certificate I also spoke Mr Marumo he checked on the system and he told me that I have to wait another 6months I told him I can't wait cause I have already waited too long I asked him the address for their national head office so that I can lay a complain he gave me the address and telling me that they won't let me in their offices meaning they won't be able to help me speaking to me with an attitude he needs more customer service training .Do I have to wait for 12months for my son birth certificate?
