I Payed for a service that was told to me that it will only take 2 months.

<p>Hellp Peter.</p> <p>I App**** for a Proof of Surname Change document at Department of Home Affairs. I App**** on 2016 October 13th. I have Phoned Department of Home Affairs twise those conversations lasted long and was on hold for atleast 30 min. Here is my case number ref: ********** 433. I have lost my other case number some how.The last service consultant I spoke to told me that I App**** for my document on the 13th October 2016 and that my documents have made it to the Head Office of the Department of Home Affairs on the 20th October 2016. Ref. ********** 433 service consoltant told me that it was way ofer due.</p> <p>So Quick that it was transverd to the head office from where it was but just to get it deliverd to me takes mighty long.</p> <p> </p> <p>I Payed for a service that was told to me that it will only take 2 months. This is not the case, I feel treated unfairly. How am i going to open a bank account with out this document. How does my employment pay me this is not fair as it makes it hard for alot of things.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the number that I was told to phone ***. The last service consultant that I spoke to told me that I will have to wait another 2 weeks, like i didnt wait long enough.
