I need urgent assistance

Good day Support,

I urgently need your help.My surname change was app**** in 2017 with my other siblings and 2 of my siblings' surnames changed successfully in 2017 and on my side till to date it has not changed.

We app**** at the Krugersdorp Home affairs to change from Phindile Ralane to Phindile Nkosi Id no.***. I was born at NatalSpruit Hospital and my mother is Linah Juliet Nkosi id no.*** and my mom went to the department yesterday and in her surprise she was told that I have 2 Id numbers and that is upsetting all this time i have been awaiting for my New surname and now she was told Phindile has 2 ID numbers under her name and we even went to Pretoria Home Affairs to escalate this to the head office but we did not get any help that we need.

This is frustrating,I have a 16 year old who is now doing matric and I am suppose to do an ID for her and that won't be possible as I would like her to us the Nkosi surname going forward and as everything is not going well on my side i am not sure how she will even write her exam with no ID?

I try to apply with the Qualifications and skills that I have but I have no luck as I look like I am a ***** with 2 id numbers.

Can you please assist me in getting my IDentity sorted? This has been going on forever and I do not know what to do??? I hope my request will be successful.
