I NEED MY ID PLEASE IM STRUGGLING EVERYTHING IS STUCK I CANNOT DO ANYTHING ITS STUCK ON FINGERPRINTS

On the 28th of April I went to African Bank to get helped out with my Bank App reset as I didn't know the username so I was asked to use my fingerprints which they couldn't pick up, so the bank gave me a letter to go to Home Affairs to check my biometrics ... I went on the 2nd of May to home affairs and they told me my biometrics is not registered I should come back the next day to do ID and the branch I went to in M plain helped me so much I have no complaints about them but the system the ID was done on the 3rd of May it is now 21st of June still no sign of my new id. There is nothing I can do without it it's been 2months now I cannot have access to my salary because I need my fingerprints to access the salary and fingerprints are still in verification status, please I just need the ID so I can get my salary I'm struggling at home as I have bills to pay as well and food to buy I can't even do temp ID because of this my life is literally stuck please ...
