I just need assistance

I'm trying to get help? can someone just answer the phone or my emails! its extremely frustrating when you just need answers but people just refer you to someone else. Ive tried phoning the DHA Stellenbosch countless times to make an appointment as the BABS site is kicking me out. I can't make an appointment if nobody answers the phone! In the reviews I saw people complaining about the same thing 7 months ago and the phone number has still not been updated??? I recently got married (2024) and would like to apply for a new ID to change my surname. I will be moving from the green ID book to a new card ID.
