I have made a deposit on 8 July 2023, sent the proof of payment to all the department, after a lot of calls an emails till yesterday the 17 July 2023 they Customer Service still say there is no payment after i give all information via phone and email

I have made a deposit on 8 July 2023, sent the proof of payment to all the department, after a lot of calls an emails till yesterday the 17 July 2023 they Customer Service still say there is no payment after i give all information via phone and email. No feedback and still waiting for a part that is still going to take days to come.
