I HATE HOME AFFAIRS!!!!!!!!!

I've been holding on for Home Affairs for three days, an hour at a time. No one answers the phone. The recording tells me to send an email. I send an email. After two weeks i get a reply saying to contct their call centre. ALL I NEED IS TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO DO MY BIOMETRICS FOR MY PASSPORT AT STANDARD BAND CANAL WALK ASAP. IS that so difficult?????
