I app**** for ID smart card on the 13 December till now I didn't receive it

I app**** for ID smart card on the 13 December till now I didn't receive it.Yesteday I went the at Rodepoort home affairs where I app**** at my ID is still not issued they only told me that yesterday that it's on investigation no explanation from them they had no time for me and the other lady told me that I'm not the only one with this kind of problem hence I need to understand what's going on with my ID🙆♂️😭😭and I ask her for how long must I wait again she said 2 to three months the treatment was very very bad they two ladies Winnie and Mamzie never had time for me as I was instructed to them by the front desk people
