HUMILIATION

<p>Dear minister Malusi, im writitng this email to get help im so frustrated that i cannot explain, my family was humiliated at Home affairs schubart street pretoria, and the worst is that.. the manager himself did that,</p> <p>i cannot accept the humiliation caused and the trauma caused to my young nephew who is in matric and currently applying for an ID, my nephew cant write exam because of the ID and his stress got worse because someone humiliated him, unaxeptable!!!!</p> <p>He (manager)needed to assist and explain procedures not scream at them in front of everyone, to my understanding hes an employee that was hired to assist and help people.I NEED THE MANAGER AT SCHUBART HOME AFFAIRS TO CALL ME AND APOLOGIES,</p>
