How can I find help

Hi guys I need help so my grandmother is aged69 turning 70 this year,she was married to her husband who passed away on 98, the husband was from Eastern Cape lusikisiki,so the husband had a baby mama but he wasn't married with the baby mama they had kids who were older than the one my granny has.so the husband passed away and the husband's family didn't want my grandmother anywhere near the funeral arrangements so on the day of the funeral she went to bury his husband so she says on the day of the funeral the family made arrangements so that the baby mama gets married with the deceased on that that very same day of the funeral,and they got married on that day,so she was scared to ask a lot of things she just went back to Joburg after the whole thing that was happening on that day which is the funeral and the marriage thing,so she says before the husband passed away he told her that his beneficiary was their child so he could claim his belongings whenever he passes away, so now my grandmother lost her marriage certificate a long time ago and the husband I'd copy so she couldn't claim anything, not so long ago she went to home affairs to request their marriage certificate and the husband's id copy and also the death certificate so she found that the husband was buried with a paper and he doesn't have a death certificate and he has 2 id number which starts with 52 and the second says 53 but the rest of the following numbers are the same so the other one says his alive while the other says his dead and they can see the marriage certificate,so they can't issue out these documents because the system can't issue out those documents because his husband his no longer alive,so now their child can't claim anything because all these documents are needed,she went to the office's were the husband worked at Standerton they said the also need those documents plus the clock number so she doesn't know what to do how can she find help?
