Housing allowance claim

I write this text with the hope that my 63 year old mother who was an employee at the Department of Home Affairs since 1978 will rest in peace one day knowing that she left her kids with a roof over their heads.My mother has been trying to claim for her housing allowance since 2005 when she lost her job after having having served the government for over 30 years,as I text we live in poverty in a rented two roomed flat that leaks when there is heavy rainfall because her pension fund was not enough for her to build us a roof over our heads as we still had to go to school.She was studying when she got suspended and the Department deducted tax and her tuition fees when she got fired,of which she has not received a letter of termination till today.We are struggling to make ends meet because we as her kids are also unemployed,she has been filling in forms and emailing them to Pretoria but she has not received help till today.We are based in Mthatha in the Eastern cape and her name is Sikie Patience Qudalele ********** 676 alternatively you can contact me on ********** 836.
