HORROR AFFAIRS

<p>I went to Home affairs in Aug 2015 to have insertion of father's details and change of surname for my daughter. i was then told to come back after 6 months to collect, i gave it 8 months and nothing was done, every month i was told to check after a month. It has been 2 years and nothing has been done on my daughters record. This is a very exhausting process and she needs the birth certificate as she will be starting school but home affairs couldn't be bothered they don't care about people's lives all they want is for people to bride them to do their jobs...the very same jobs that they get a monthly salary for not doing.</p>
