Horrible Service from Khamashe at Port elizabeth Home affairs office.

I was the Home affairs Port Elizabeth Goven Mbeki street the whole day yesterday (11/06/2020) after driving back with an incorrect document given by staff saying its the right one, i had to drive back and request the correct document and that when i received a very rude comment from an old lady who is a staff member who said its late and i should come back tomorrow as they are doing us a favor under this lock down. i fail to understand whose doing who a favor. she has no customer service at all and has no values, she shouted in front of other clients waiting their turns and insisted she would not help me she is not obliged. mind you i called in before going to the office to find out if they will be assisting me with the documents i needed and they agreed. i swear she does not respect her work and she has a lot of pride. she is old and used to assisting people that do not know their rights hence she treats people the way she does. and according to people that were there she is always rude to clients. She need to change her ways or go to early retirement if she no longer enjoys her work. did not get her name but her surname i believe is Khamashe, 1st lady that assisted me with good manners was *****bakazi Qalase and i thank her for having a wonderful service. The old lady need to change her attitude.
