Horrible service delivery at Department of Home Affairs Benoni

I'm currently at Department of Home Affairs since 07:45am this morning. I'm probably number 50 in the queue. The home affairs services all residents of Daveyton, Wattville, E****wa, Crystal Park, Farramere, Rynfield etc

The service is terrible no movement at all. They only opened 08:45 whereas their website says they open at 08:00.
