Horrible Service

<p>Horrible Service I've ever experienced in my 32 years of existence. last month I went to the department of home affairs in Johannesburg branch to enquire with regards to the documentation that are required in order to change a surname,,lucky enough they advice me,,,again I went to boksburg department of home affairs to enquire again just to be on the safest side they told me to bring the very same documents that I was told to bring by the branch in Johannesburg. I got all the documents and went to boksburg and I fill in all the necessary forms and they took the documents they told me it would take plus or minus 6 months to get a new ID and of which it wasn't a problem. the very same consultant by the name of Eunice who told me to bring the necessary documents in order to have my surname change is the same consultant who called me this morning and advice me that there's still more documents outstanding and of which it's going take me a miracle to get them. the consultant refused to offer advice on the phone and told me that she won't process my application and therefore the R325 that I paid I should forget about it I won't get it. I should go to a branch where they can assist me and pay another R325...</p>
