Horrible Service

<p>I went to the Department of Home Affairs Centurion Branch, their service is so bad that they couldnt even let me be assisted as heavily pregnant as i am 9 full months pregnant, i thought when you pregnant you should be first in the line, i even asked my partner to beg them to assist me as i was tired and the back pains were so unbearable but they didnt, we waited almost 2 hours in the line but all i am greatful for is that i was helped. I just wanted to report their bad service thats all. i was just saddened by how horrible i was treated </p>
