Horrible service

I have had the WORST experience from Heidelberg home affairs. We app**** for my unabridged birth certificate in Oct 2018 which they responded to it will be ready is 6 weeks. The staff are extremely rude every time I go check up they say it not there and ''come back to check monthly'' the system is also offline. The last time I check the security said ''it takes 6 months'' but according to my time frame it has been 7 months already. The is extremely extremely horrible service from home affairs!!!!!
