horrible service

I have never in my life experienced such bad service. I have been to the mamelodi home affairs in 4 occasions to get a smart card ID.can you believe I still don't have my ID.i will wait on ques for hours n hours, while the employees there are busy chatting and not assisting us.and finally when you are closer to get assistance,they say the printer is not working or the system is off.i will go back again and be told the very same thing.DIS IS DISGUSTING! I demand someone to explain to me why we are offered such bad service.all I want is to get an ID dats all.and everytime I call them there is never an answer.
