Horrible Customer service

Horrible Experience, wasted my time and money to just collect an ID that was done in 29 January 2025 and collection 21July 2025. 5 hours of waiting than they say who ever is assisting us is on Lunch, it's fine we will wait 1hr 30 min later she is unable to assist us anymore when you address them, it is like you are being disrespectful mind you this people they old enough to become our grandparents, supervisor is Rude, Poor customer service.
