<p>I app**** for my son's birth certificate surname to be changed in Feb 2015, was told it takes about 6 to 12 months to be processed. </p> <p>Its Jan 2017 and I still do not have the certificate,</p> <p>Was told it's still being processed and some stupid excuses </p> <p>Still today NO ONE CAN EXPLAIN WHEN IT WILLBE READY!!!!!</p> <p>HORRIBLE SERVICE</p>
