Homeaffairs PE stuck in system

Hi app**** for my son's 1st time ID and Passport on 8th August 2023. After 4 weeks I enquired about collection, i was told that the application in stuck. I went back every two weeks and was told.the same story with No solution to UNSTUCK the application. This was escalated to the Supervisor Stella who really tried her best to help. She escalated it via email, phone calls etc. I was give whatsApp details of the manager and i have our chats of WhatsApp. I just cant believe my son is missing out on 2 over seas opportunities, and two local opportunities, because he does not have a positive identification. Port Elizabeth DHA cannot solve the problem for 5 months now. This is sad.
