<p>I would like to publish my problem that I have with my Home affairs branch in Springs, Gauteng.</p> <p>I lost my ID book and I had to renew my driver licence so I app**** for the new ID card I went to Home Affairs in Springs I paid the R140 and went swiftly through process taking photo and fingerprints and then went to another room to apply for tempory ID to renew my driver licence and also have no problem with the process and also at the driver licence offices no problems I can’t complain the service was good! Then I received a sms that my card is ready and I can go and collect my card at my Home Affairs branch. I went to collect my card I nearly waited in a queue for more than an hour when it was eventually my turn they can’t take my fingerprints and told me I must bring somebody else to verify me I was very upset about who is going to take off from work to come and verify me? I phoned Head Office and explain to them what happened and you won’t believe what Head Office said to me they don’t understand how they can give me this wrong information because this is not according to Home Affairs procedure! This bring me to the only conclusion that I was the only white person in that queue and that I was victim of Black ****** and they played me with the ****** card. I am busy with legal action against Home Affairs because they violated my constitutional rights. And I demand that this people must with immediate effect relieved from their positions South Africa don’t have a place for ******s! Till date I am without a ID!</p>
