HOME AFFAIRS WYNBERG SERVICE SUCKS

I app**** for an unabridged birth certificate for my daughter on 29 October 2020 at Home Affairs in Wynberg and I am still waiting on it. I have emailed numerous people including Mr Nazeem Andrews who is in charge of Wynberg branch and everytime he tells me it's still in progress. How long does it take to print a piece of paper. It's been a year and 1 month exactly now. Can they still blame Covid for the delay, cause everybody else is up and running, why not home affairs. You used to be so good now you just suck with your service.
