My daughter app**** for her first time new ID smart card in Wynberg.We left the house early that morning of August the 2nd and were number 127 in line, we waited patiently. Up until today she didn’t receive an sms from the department and they don’t answer their phones nor do they respond to my emails. My daughter is waiting 4 months now going in for the 5th. She can’t open a bank account, can’t find employment and can’t apply at any college to study further. What a big joke this is. My sister also app**** for her first time Id in Town and got it at the end of the same week. What an awful experience.
