Home Affairs website let down

I'm trying to apply for a new passport online. I'm registered but when I log in with my details, I can't get any further. I keep getting the necessary OTP (28 times) but then the log in page appears again and says "Error Occured" (yes, incorrectly spelt). The 2 email addresses supp**** come back 'Mail delivery failed' and the phone number says it's the Covid helpline! How pathetic is that?
