Home Affairs & the city that DOESN'T work for you

<p>Home Affairs has the most *********** and utterly lazy staff. Called and asked whether they would be open and taking applications today (seeing that it's the Easter weekend) and Princess (yes, that's her name) said that they would be. Get there this morning - at the crack of dawn, mind you - only to find out that they're only doing collections. Why couldn't they utilize their website (which said that they WOULD be open)? Instead they printed and stuck a notice on their doors - dated the 12th - as though people come to their doors to check their opening hours. Waste of time, and honestly nothing will ever change because it's the ****ing city. Who doesn't work for you. </p>
