HOME AFFAIRS SUCKS

I app**** for a change of surname for my son in January 2015, its 10 months later and nothing has been done and there is a case *** opened for this but still no progress. ohhhhh Lord what are we suppose to do now because they are the only people who can help with this matter. I contact them every two weeks but still no progress.
