HOME AFFAIRS STILL NOT DELIVERED DOCS 2 YEARS LATER!!!!!

I'd actually like to give them a minus star!!! I have waited over 2 years for my son's birth certificate details to be amended and to receive an unabridged birth certificate. 2 YEARS??!!! I am emailing and calling every 2 weeks but the incompetence is so great it's astonishing! there is clearly no system for tracking as they have no idea what they are doing. I have alredy made payment for these docs and the fact i have not recevied them is tantamount to *****!!

I need assistance in getting these docs as i cannot travel with my son without them. I needed to have the amendment of fathers particulars onto his birth certificate and then an official unabridged birth certificate. If anyone know how to assist please please help!
