Home Affairs Slack and Incompetence!!

I must say Home Affairs really gives appalling service and yes we complain and nothing ever gets done but then again just sitting back and accepting that service doesn't do anybody any good. Its been 3 years!!and nothing has been done or delivered to me I must say I am sick and tired of phoning your *********** department which does nothing but over promises and under delivers. The latest was the lack of information from the above consultant who was supposed to put me through to the supervisor but I neither put through nor was did he return to the phone. I am sick and tired of this ******* service appalled at the same time. Where exactly does the motto people first start working with you people and when exactly do you start service delivery and most importantly WHEN DO I GET THE Certificate I APP**** FOR!!! Like I said I'm sure your department wont even bother responding nor looking into the matter but hey I'm a citizen that is really disgusted by this service 3 years is way toooo long to wait for response!
