Home affairs service sucks!!

App**** for my sons unabridged certificate 6 January 2015. After numerous enquiries I still have not received ANY real assistance or indication as to when his applications will be processed ! Worcester brunch says they have done all they can do and that the Dha24 & dha 288 forms are on the system. Helpdesk says Worcester needs to scan and reload the applications and the above mentioned documents. I don't know what to do anymore or who to ask for assistance as no one seems to be able to give me any real answers or help? We are travelling overseas in two weeks time. Casenr ***
