Home affairs Roodepooort

Not sure if I should even bother sending a review for this department it's the worst service in this country and sending a bad review will not help the situation because I'm sure every South African has already done so. I went to the home affairs in Roodepooort with my younger brother so he can apply for an ID I got there at 7 and at 8:30 we were told the line has been cut for the day. Far as I know home affairs closes at 4pm not 8:30 basically if u don't take out a bribe u don't get assistance
