Home Affairs response non-existent

I have been trying for over a week to get an answer to a citizenship enquiry from Home Affairs. All the numbers given on the website (both office and mobile" are unanswered and say "the number does not exist!" And the emails do not get answered! What happened to the new look we were promised???? This is a pathetic response to tax payers....
